Lawsuit Regarding Adverse Health Conditions From Tattoo Inks

Posted by: Medical Tattoo Fan  :  Category: Medical Cost and How To Prosper In Bad Economy

You may have heard about the Scream Ink Lawsuit re problems that many have had with their brand of inks which is not a surprise as all tattoo inks and additives are unregulated. Many of the tattoo parlors that used Scream Inks said they resented the fact that people wondered how they could continue to use the inks when so many were having issues with the Scream Ink products.

The tattoo parlors are quick to say we have our customers sign a waiver and tattoo inks only effect some and those who do have problems were warned of possible side effects. Scream Inks offer a lot of vibrant colors and so many tattoo parlors used it in addition to other inks from Skin Candy, Millenium brand inks, and others none of which are FDA approved for use under the skin.

Many say the Scream Ink is actually pretty good pigment or vibrant in color which from an artistic stand point may be important but what about health and safety concerns. The Scream Ink Ferrari red is one of the more popular colors and despite health concerns many still used the inks. The tattoo parlors are quick to point out that Scream Ink like the other tattoo ink companies put a disclaimer on the inks containers like all the other tattoo ink companies that they are not responsible for possible medical reactions.

The bigger question is why does the FDA continue to let tattoo parlors and tattoo ink companies offer a product and service that is known to cause adverse health concerns and problems. How is it that so many young people are not being told of the risk and problems affiliated with tattoo inks and the fact that many of the chemicals and additives are toxic and some are even radioactive.

You would think that the health and welfare of the public would be looked after better than this, and you would think that tattoo parlors and tattoo ink companies would be held more accountable for the health and welfare of their customers.
